Collaboration with GP Practices

WWIC has collaborated with two GP surgeries in Caerphilly and Cwmbran and instituted practice nurse-led complex wound clinics.

Since the collaboration both practices have had a dramatic increase in healing rates to way above the national average. They have won national awards for clinical excellence and innovation in practice.
