Advisory & Consultancy

We play a pivotal role in developing, supporting, and creating/advancing wound therapies, diagnostics, and devices.

We achieve this through commissioned Consultancy and Advisory Boards, and advocate on value based and service transformation approaches, measurement, and achievability.

We have bespoke skills in statistical analysis, service improvement methodologies, Value-Based approaches and independent report writing.

Value Based Healthcare

The need to balance product cost and performance is an acknowledged challenge with the focus often on cost rather than efficacy of the product.

We have the expertise to advise on efficacious and cost-effective dressings having a proven track record in independent product evaluations.

Further we have advised on novel Value Based approaches as part of the wound  tender specification document; incorporating product descriptors for categories, wound aetiologies and types of dressings.

Clinical Service Reviews

Quality Improvement is well established within the NHS with a focus on reducing harm, waste, and variation. What is less well defined however is Service Transformation approaches to support rapid adaptation and adoption.

We can help this agenda having established success in supporting service improvement initiatives locally within primary and secondary care and in a Clinical Commissioning Group in England.

In adopting a system approach we believe that we can help transform services, no matter the geography, to inform the future wound pathway allowing for local adaption and adoption.

Publication Reviews / Independent Data Analysis and Report Writing

We publish widely in scientific and clinical publications focused on wound prevention and healing. This activity has led to our reputation as a Centre of Excellence and more importantly  provides a strong contribution to the development of the field of wound healing and prevention.

Our data analytic skills and experience are available to help maximise data both from clinical trials and reviews of health processes and outcomes on patients with wounds.

So from writing for publication, optimising data analysis and the creation of reports we can provide a seamless and high quality service.
