Welsh Wound Innovation Centre

The Welsh Wound Innovation Centre (WWIC) is the first national wound healing centre world-wide and is the flagship facility for clinical innovation in Wales.  WWIC has a vital role in Wales’ economic development, helping to accelerate growth by stimulating and supporting business-led innovation in wound care. 

The WWIC vision is to transform the management and delivery of better wound health care (prevention and treatment) via a coordinated, facilitated network approach to meet the needs of our stakeholders and customers.

Canolfan Arloesedd Clwyfau Cymru

Canolfan Arloesedd Clwyfau Cymru (WWIC) yw’r ganolfan gwella clwyfau genedlaethol gyntaf yn y byd ac mae’n gyfleuster blaenllaw o ran arloesi clinigol yng Nghymru.  Mae gan WWIC rôl allweddol yn natblygiad economaidd Cymru, yn helpu i gyflymu twf drwy sbarduno a chefnogi arloesedd a arweinir gan fusnesau yn y maes gofal clwyfau. 

Gweledigaeth WWIC yw trawsnewid y broses o reoli a darparu gofal iechyd clwyfau (atal a thrin) drwy weithredu ar sail rhwydwaith cydlynol sy’n cael ei hwyluso i ddiwallu anghenion ein rhanddeiliaid a’n cwsmeriaid.
